Tofu Mochi 豆腐餅
This is one of those desserts that feels nostalgic, comforting, and surprisingly easy to make at home.
What I love most about this recipe is the texture. It’s soft, chewy, and slightly bouncy—almost like mochi, but much lighter. Personally, I make this when I want something sweet but not too heavy, or when I don’t feel like turning on the stove. Every time I make it, I’m reminded how a few simple ingredients can turn into something that feels a little special.
