Ingredients (2 servings)
- 200 g king oyster mushrooms
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 egg yolk (optional)
- Green onions (optional)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar (or 2 tsp honey)
- 1–1½ tbsp gochujang
- 1½ tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar

Instructions
- Shave mushrooms into ribbons and tear remaining pieces.
